How/when to book your stationery and how it works

Charlotte will contact you with availability and a design slot with the appropriate time needed for your stationery needs

The design process

Charlotte will send you digital sketches of potential design ideas. Once you are happy with a chosen design, Charlotte will start painting and designing your stationery

Digital mock ups and drafts of the design will be sent to you for approval. You will have up to 3 revisions to ensure the design is perfect and ready for printing

Once the design has been approved, it will be sent to be printed professionally. Then Charlotte will assemble your stationery and send them out to you.

When to book wedding stationery

Save the Dates

Local weddings:

Send: 6-8 months before

Book: 8-10 months before

Destination weddings:

Send: 10-12 months before

Book: 12-14 months before

Invitation Suites

Local weddings:

Send: 2-3 months before

Book: 4-6 months before

Destination weddings:

Send: 4-6 months before

Book: 6-8 months before

On the Day Stationery

Book: 6-8 weeks before the wedding

Ensure all RSVP’s are in for stationery such as place cards, bonbonniere tags etc.
